Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable. We have a re-scheduling policy so as you won't have to forfeit your deposit.

Waiver and Release Policy

In consideration for me/or my guests being permitted to participate in the activities of waterfowl and or turkey hunting. I agree to following waiver and release.

I acknowledge that waterfowl/turkey hunting and boating have inherent risks, hazards, and dangers for anyone that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness and/or off shore environment. I understand that these risks, hazards, and dangers include without limitation:

• The risk of handling firearms and being near others that have firearms in their possession.
• The risk of injury from ammunition and shot from other guns.
• The risk of walking in rugged country, including encounters with wildlife, animals, and insects.
• The risk of temperature extremes and inclement weather conditions.
• The risk of injury from riding on an all terrain vehicle (ATV) or any vehicle used off the paved road.
  
• The risk of injury from the use of floating or elevated fixed duck blinds.
  
• The risk of injury loading on and off boats as well as watercraft navigation during the course of waterfowl hunting. 
  

I/we understand the risks, hazards, and dangers of waterfowl and or turkey hunting and have had the opportunity to discuss them with the principle and/or the members of  Carr’s Waterfowl Company, LLC,  and the members of my/our hunting party.  I/we understand that these activities may require good physical conditioning and a degree of skill and knowledge. I/we believe that I/we have that good physical conditioning and the degree of skill and knowledge necessary for participating in these activities safely. I/we understand my/our responsibilities. My/our participation in these activities is purely voluntary. No one is forcing me/us to participate and I/we elect to participate in spite of the risks. I/we are voluntarily using the services of  Carr’s Waterfowl Company, LLC with the full knowledge of the inherent risks, hazards, and dangers involved and hereby assume and accept any and all risks of injury, paralysis, or death.

 I/we hereby knowingly and intentionally waive and release, indemnify and hold harmless Carr’s Waterfowl Company, LLC, their directors, officers, agents, employees, members and volunteers from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, suits, expenses, (including reasonable attorneys' fees) which are related to; arise out of, or are in anyway connected with my/our participation in this activity including, but not limited to, negligence of any kind or nature, whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising directly or indirectly out of any damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death to me/us or my/our property as a result of my/our engaging in these activities or the use of these services, animals, equipment, whether such loss, injury, paralysis, or death results from negligence of the Principle and/or the members of Carr’s Waterfowl  Company, LLC or from some other cause. I/we, my/our, heirs,successors, executors, and surrogates, further agree not to sue the Principle and/or the Members of Carr’s Waterfowl Company, LLC as a result of any injury, paralysis, or death suffered in connection with my/our use and participation in the activities of Carr’s Waterfowl Company, LLC.

Lastly, I/we understand that we are responsible for obtaining the proper and legal licensing to participate in the act of waterfowling with Carr's Waterfowl Company, LLC. I/we acknowledge that our guide for the day may be a direct agent and or owner of Carr's Waterfowl Company,LLC and/or a subcontracting guide/helper/volunteer and I/we shall hold them harmless in my/our failure to obtain the proper and legal licensing for the act of waterfowling. All guides/helpers/volunteers shall only be responsible for their own legal licensing to carry out their duties as required by law. Carr's Waterfowling Company, LLC or a Carr's Waterfowling Company, LLC client shall not be held liable/responsible for the failure of a sub-contracting guide/helper/volunteer in obtaining their legal licensing.

I/we have carefully read, clearly understand, and voluntarily agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Waiver and Release Policy.
